Delegate Packages
We offer all-inclusive packages for delegates, which can be tailored to suit your exact requirements. Alternatively, you may hire a room plus any equipment and refreshments you specify. Note all prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
The basic elements of the packages are:- Meeting room, set up to your chosen layout.
- Flipchart and markers.
- Plasma / DVD/ CD player/ PowerPoint, ect: (on Request)
- Wireless broadband connection.
- Notepaper and pen for each delegate.
- Place cards.
- Conference tool kit (i.e. drawing pins, stapler, hole puncher, sticky tape, blue tack, etc.).
- Mineral water and cordials.
- Free parking
The full-day delegate package: £40.00 per delegate 
- Meeting room, set up to your chosen layout.
- Flipchart and markers.
- Plasma / DVD/ CD player/ PowerPoint, ect: (on Request)
- Wireless broadband connection.
- Notepaper and pen for each delegate.
- Place cards.
- Conference tool kit (i.e. drawing pins, stapler, hole puncher, sticky tape, blue tack, etc.).
- Mineral water and cordials.
- Free parking
- Tea, coffee, on arrival, and with biscuits, mid-morning.
- Two-course lunch with vegetarian options. Or, we can provide a buffet.
- Afternoon tea, coffee with a selection of cakes & biscuits.
The 24-hour delegate package: £120.00 per delegate (Max 10)
This package has the basic elements plus:
- Meeting room, set up to your chosen layout.

- Wireless broadband connection.
- Notepaper and pen for each delegate.
- Place cards.

- Mineral water and cordials.
- Free parking
- Three-course dinner with vegetarian options.
- En-suite accommodation in double/twin rooms for single occupancy, including a full Welsh breakfast.
- Tea, coffee and biscuits, mid-morning.
- Two-course lunch with vegetarian options. Or, we can provide a buffet.
- Afternoon tea, coffee with a selection of cakes & biscuits.
The half-day delegate package: £30.00 per delegate (max 4hours)
- Meeting room, set up to your chosen layout.
- Flipchart and markers.
- Plasma / DVD/ CD player/ PowerPoint, ect: (on Request)
- Wireless broadband connection.
- Notepaper and pen for each delegate.
- Place cards.
- Conference tool kit (i.e. drawing pins, stapler, hole puncher, sticky tape, blue tack, etc.).
- Mineral water and cordials.
- Free parking
- Tea, coffee and biscuits, mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
- Two-course lunch with vegetarian options, at the start or finish of the session. Or, we can provide a buffet.
The breakfast meeting package: £15.00 per delegate.
This three-hour package includes:
- Meeting room, set up to your chosen layout.
- Flipchart and markers.
- Plasma / DVD/ CD player/ PowerPoint, ect: (on Request)
- Wireless broadband connection.
- Notepaper and pen for each delegate.
- Place cards.
- Conference tool kit (i.e. drawing pins, stapler, hole puncher, sticky tape, blue tack, etc.).
- Mineral water and cordials.
- Free parking
- Full Welsh breakfast, served from 7.30 - 9.30am, with fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee.
Bespoke Package Room Hire: from £50 per four hours
We are happy for you to simply hire our meeting room. These prices are inclusive of VAT.
Hire of a meeting room, set up to your chosen layout: £50.00 per four hours.
