The Plas Derwen menu changes regularly using the finest seasonal ingredients to create interesting and comforting dishes. We aim to provide unfussy, seasonal menus with regionally sourced food from responsible and trustworthy suppliers who are fundamental to our success.

Our wide ranging and ever changing menu features dishes such as rump of Lamb with red wine and redcurrant jus, locally sourced sausages, poached salmon with béarnaise sauce. On Sundays, we offer a selection of spit-roasted meats with crispy roast potatoes and delicious pan gravy – and if you can’t manage a full Sunday lunch, you can still enjoy these succulently spit roasted meats in a freshly baked cob.
